DownloadTissue Simulation Toolkit is a two-dimensional library for the Cellular Potts Model (Graner and Glazier 1992; Phys. Rev. Lett. 69, 2013), which is increasingly used by computational biologists to study tissue patterning and developmental mechanisms.
